Casa Escondida
Individual Units are ONLY available for rental reservations
made within 60 days prior to your expected arrival therefore only
reservations for the complete property will be accepted greater
than 60 days in advance of your expected arrival or anytime for
the Holiday Season.
If Casa Escondida is available and you do choose to rent only a
portion of the property, please be aware, we will NOT guarantee
private usage of the property or the pool. Each living unit has
it's own kitchen and bathroom facilities which are private, but
the grounds and pool will be accessible to all guests.

Cancellations and Refunds
Holiday Season reservations deposit and payments are non-refundable.
Other payments received are refundable, when applicable, as follows:
180 or more days prior to scheduled arrival - 100% of amount paid
less a $75.00 cancellation fee; 120 to 179 days prior to scheduled
arrival - 50% of amount paid less a 10% cancellation fee; less than
120 days prior to scheduled arrival - total amount paid non-refundable.
Cancellation notices/refund requests must be submitted in writing

And must be received within the appropriate time frame described
above. No refunds are made for any unused dwelling or service. Trip
cancellation insurance is strongly advised and can be obtained through
your travel agent.
Reservations are subject to cancellation if the required payment(s)
are not received by the indicated due.
